Thoughtful reflection is a key element to any writing and community action work, not to mention any learning experience. Using Kathleen Blake Yancey’s chapter, “Reflection-in-Presentation” for guidance/models, you will be composing a reflective letter at two points during May term (mid-term and end of course). Your reflection letters will be read by Drs. Hauman and Whiddon (as opposed to other texts in the class that are read by classmates and/or community partners). We hope you find these letters useful to your larger writing and learning experience.
